HPM is not a healthcare provider. Our services are administrative and operational only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any medical decisions remain solely the responsibility of the practitioner and patient.
4. User Responsibilities

5. Holistic Practice Management LLC SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
A. By opting in to Holistic Practice Management LLC SMS updates, you agree to receive automated marketing, promotional, and transactional messages such as appointment reminders, service updates, new service features, and marketing offers
B. OPT-IN & OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

C. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

All content, systems, processes, branding, and materials provided by HPM are the property of Holistic Practice Management and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the relationship.
9. Data & Third-Party Platforms
HPM may use third-party platforms (such as GoHighLevel, Twilio, and others) to deliver services. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed through these platforms.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data issues caused by third-party providers.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free service
Specific business outcomes or results
That all communications will be received or responded to
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HPM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
