Getting Started with HPM

We hold ourselves to a high standard, so there are a few steps before we go live,

but we'll walk you through all of it.


Step 1 — Sign the Service Agreement The General Services Agreement covers duties, confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and your Business Associate Agreement. Once signed, complete our Reception Services Form so we have the nuts and bolts of your practice: names, numbers, systems, and preferences.

Step 3 — Onboarding We build your custom practice manual, configure your phone system, and train your dedicated reception team. From contract signing to go-live is typically about two weeks.

Step 4 — Go live Your phones are answered. You're back to practicing.
