

We hold ourselves to a high standard, so there are a few steps before we go live, and we'll walk you through all of it.
The General Services Agreement covers duties, confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and your Business Associate Agreement.
After you submit your contract, we will generate a personalized manual for your practice. We meet to review your manual and confirm your setup.
We also gather billing information, although no billing happens until after your initial 30 day risk free trial.
After this meeting we will set up your phone system and train your office support team.
From contract signing to go-live is typically 1-2 weeks.
You meet with your team and we all finalize your manual and phone system.
After the onboarding, you can forward your calls to us! Your phones are being answered. You're no longer switching to administrator mode 10 times a day.
Billing: If you are happy with your service at the end of one month we will bill you, preferably via ACH. If you choose to use a credit card, we will add a 2% processing fee to your monthly bill.
IIf you are not happy, you are not billed and can keep your customized manual, free of charge.
